Abstract: The present article deals with some leading group of theoretical issues, criteria and marketing models, imposed in the practice by the representatives of some world-known experts in the field of services and tourism services in particular. The presented hereby base findings and models have been selected, summarized, interpreted, and reviewed in regard to the need of their practical clearing as both general and specific conditions and way for applying alternative models by the SPA & Wellness tourism management. The regarded issues and the seeking of answers in the article are aimed at a more deep practical and scientific explanation and implementation in the business management of the leading theoretical assumptions, systems of conditions, criteria and successful marketing techniques suitable for improving management effectiveness and market situation of the Bulgarian SPA & Wellness tourism enterprises.
