Abstract:
The present paper reviews the condition and the tendencies in the development of the Labour Market Flexibility in Bulgaria. Basic positionsare being presented in regard to the degree of flexibility of the separate elements of the labour market. The factors which influence the increase in the adaptability of the different types of employment are being analyzes with reference to the country’s membership in the European Union and the perspective for a diminishing of workforce in the country.
