Abstract: Under contemporary conditions the importance of managers’ decisions is undoubted. The manager’s decision has to take into consideration the interests of the whole system managed, to be concerted, to be explicitly formulated, grounded and specific. This means that it has to state the place, time and manner of its execution, as well as the persons in charge of its execution. It is also important that the decision should be made at the appropriate management level, as well as it should be taken on time for only the timely decision taken is efficient. Often some disputes occur among the employees working in a team. The problems they face originate from some contradictions in regard to the different decision-making styles. The practice proves that if the decision-making styles vary drastically, conflicts and tension will occur many times. In such cases the conflict itself does not allow the employees use fully their skills when performing their assignments.
