Abstract:
The article analyses the students’ opinions of the teaching quality at the International Business School in Botevgrad. The quality of teaching has been studied in three major aspects:didactic characteristics of lecturers and teaching (lecturers’ competence the scientific, educational and personality sphere); loading, difficulties and efforts of students; and the personal involvement of students in the teaching process. The analysis of the teaching quality, assessed by students, is carried out by means of analyzing research data which lasted for five academic years, starting from 2003/2004 to 2007/2008. The study was carried out through an anonymous questionnaire where lecturers have been assessed by a five grade scale –in all courses andsubjects, taught at the IBS, at the end of each semester.
