Abstract: The quality of the higher education is being widely discussed on numerous national and international forums. When a certain specialty, a certain major has been willingly chosen, and it is connected with the prestige of the profession, then training is made with motivation and the results are much better. The high success in the academic training ensures the necessary confidence and comfort in the severe professional competitiveness, serving as a guarantee for a prestige employment realization, as well.
