Abstract: During the last decade the processes of globalization and European integration change the economical environment and society and set for them new priorities. They determine as threats of most strong competition, such as opportunities of new ideas realization in area of high education and second education, collaboration between the universities and business organizations and expansion of the high-technologies market.
