THE NEGATIVE EXTERNALITIES FROM THE ACTIVITY OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS AND THE NEED FOR THEIR INTERNATIONAL REGULATION

Abstract: The activity of transnational corporations is accompanied by many adverse externalities, which have a negative impact on nature and society. The present article reviews these externalities and puts forward some forms of international regulation of corporate activity.
