Abstract: The hospitality concept is essential for the successful development of each hotel. It comprises five closely related factors (location, facilities, services, image, price) and can be subdivided depending on the client needs and the facilities necessary to meet them. It’s important that the hospitality concept should be based on the customer’s idea of the hotel. That way it focuses on satisfying the client’s needs. However, it’s difficult to achieve this nowadays because of the demographic, social and technological changes that are constantly affecting the customer’s profile as well as the market. Thus also changing how hotels conduct their business and expand their activities.
