A MODEL FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEPENDENCE BETWEEN RANDOM EVENTS IN KNOWLEDGE BASES

Elena Karashtranova and Irena Atanasova

Economics and Management, 2010, vol. 6, issue 1, 17-24

Abstract: The measures of the dependence between random events can be used for practical purposes with reasonable interpretations and explanations. In this paper we will try to build an ontology in the business analysis domain (forecasting and assessment sub-domain) in order to develop an easy and correct way to find the information that is needed in a knowledge base. We will illustrate that by representing a conceptual model of sub-ontology for forecasting of the ontology Onto-BAn.
