Abstract:
The policy grows of increasingly great importance on regional development on the fulfilled integration to Bulgaria in the European structures. Having that politics ensures major resources on the part of the community, but it puts specific requirements to our country at the same time. The European policy establishes itself as the principle on territorial solidarity that requests the production of relatively like conditions of life in the separate units on the territory of each country at regional development. Measure forward at more effective region policy is the inclusion of the territorial aspect of the National Regional Development Strategy and of the National Operational Programme for Regional Development that are being marked in the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007 - 2013.
