Abstract:
It is not a secret that Bulgaria suffers from shortage of private public partnership (PPP) professionals. That is one of the main reasons for failure in PPP implementation. Throughout the last few years, PPP in Bulgaria experienced a couple of major transformations and improvements under the EU influence. The current Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borisov pays a lot of attention to the accuracy and efficiency of PPP realization. That is a reason to start working on cutting the time periods for project approval, to ease the document flow and to optimize the administrative structure handling PPP. In conclusion I would like to underline that having and accurate and reasonable project is turning into a need for everyone – private and public sectors, science, service etc. Unfortunately Bulgaria is still experiencing problems in PPP projecting and management, as it is shown in this publication.
