Abstract:
This expose examines the certifying function of the service record about the facts and circumstances entered therein related to the labour activities of the employee. As an official document issued by officials with competence to certify and in a state approved sample, service record is seen as a primary evidence of the facts and circumstances related to the employment relationship that has been created between its owner and employees.
