Abstract:
Wine tours are inevitably related to the local rites and traditions, a part of the cultural heritage of the region. This new tourist genre appears as a result of a bright idea of producers from Australia and California in the beginning of the 90`s of the last century (1990`s). The wine tour oritinerary, successfully planned, worked out and developed is an undisputable innovation both as a conception and practical expression of the territory in the regional and the national supply. The wine tour model must contain the respective “wine elements”, serving the wine tourism, thus helping for developing the wine destination.
