Abstract: The management control can be called effective only when, thanks to him, the organization achieves the desired objectives and is able to formulate new goals that will ensure their survival in the future. The management control provides adequate performance management, which in turn can become the basis for high performance business as a whole. With proper use and management control, and actual performance management can become a useful and positive management activities, fostering the development of stable labor relations and benefiting.
