Abstract:
Since ancient times, there is need for conscious knowledge .To meet this need, some sages like Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and others from the foundations of philosophy considered the mother of all sciences. Plato circa 385 BC. created his "Academy", which in its original form is a school of philosophy. Its role is not limited to one – the way of teaching from teacher to student. Discussions between them become learning heuristic study that allows screening of quality ideas and turn them into knowledge. The number of people who have intellectual pursuits and proved its potential, is at the heart of today and academies and universities. The word "university" comes from Latin and is defined as "a group of people associated with an institution, community, guild, or other building." Today, the university is customary salutation "colleague", both among students and between teacher and student. This also indicates the presence of community (guild) and striving relative equality and freedom of communication and ideas in pursuit of finding knowledge.
