The increasing meaning of education for adults is a well-known fact. There is no country around the world which to be less or more obliged to the education because of its technological, social – economic and cultural progress, as well as there is no country which further development not to be related to the education. There has been noticed a new tendency for changes in the education of adults and its establishing in an organizational and material sense expressed by enlarging the net of institutions directed exceptionally to the adults, In the present century the sociologists bring in very important role for the education of adults by enlarging the variety of programs offered to them. As a sequence of that global process, an increasing circle of realities has been faced which can not be found in the traditional education.
