Abstract: One of the management challenges of the XXI century is a new understanding of human resource in enterprise as human capital. Everyone needs the same degree of good income, good health and education. Three indicators are interrelated and although the lead is taken income is obvious that they are far from sufficient to achieve the sustainable and harmonious development of human being. Human development also depends on the level of education and the opportunity to conduct a long and healthy life.
