Abstract: The fact that the principies of the ordoliberal theory work successfully in practice can be proved by the so called "economic miracle of Germany" that has taken place at the restauration of the destroyed economics during the Second World War. The partial neglect and breaking in the present period leads to negatives in the social-economic life. The latter has been shown by the privatization in the different areas of the social-economic life in the Federal Republic Germany.
