Abstract:
The trend of population growth since more than 12 decennials is mentioned in order the declining since 1990 to be evaluated as not surprising phenomena. As far as the changing of fertility and enlargement of ageing are demonstrated immediately after the delayed but fast demographic transition 1920-1965 it is a normal the under reproductive level to follow and to give reason for projecting continuous population declining (7.2 mil. 2013, 5.4 mil. 2060) by a rate of negative 6.5‰. It is to be accepted as a new demographic shape which is to play a significant role in the social life and state functions in economic and population perspective.
