Abstract: Resistance to organizational change needs to be properly diagnosed and effectively managed by senior management of the organization. In the process of change arise various stages in the behavior of the human factor, which shows the level of resistance and the emotional state of the people. They are an important indicator for the analysis of the problem situation (level of resistance) and the choice of appropriate techniques to limit or ignore it.
