Abstract: This article contains proposals for improving the process of the social dialogue in the Republic of Serbia, especially in the areas of collective bargaining and determining the level of representativeness of the social partners (trade unions and employer organisations). Improving the process of the social dialogue is discussed in terms of establishing the appropriate information support to the process, which does not currently exist.
