Abstract:
This article deals with a morphology of the cooperative as a hybrid organization, which results in a typology of cooperatives. The hybridity is analyzed morphologically-typologically as a specific combination of self-interest and common interest as well as different organizational forms and logics. The types formed are located within the clusters of civil society and market-oriented cooperatives.
