Wohnen 6.0 – Mehr Eigenverantwortung in der (institutionellen) Langzeitpflege wagen!

Abstract: Home care is in crisis. Many adjustments have been made in recent years in order to counteract the malfunctions. But these are system-related and a structural realignment is required. In recent years, the Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA) has repeatedly made suggestions for the further development of home care with its 1.-5. home care generation. With “Wohnen 6.0”, the KDA wants to stimulate the discussion on the further development of home care once again. “Wohnen 6.0” aims to democratize care services. Homes should not only be members of a caring community in the surrounding social space, but internally pick up on the values of the caring community. Such a democratization of care can be of benefit to everyone.
