Abstract: The approach Medical Corporate Governance in hospitals focuses on initial conceptual considerations on how an integration of medical ethical values and principles could be implemented in hospital ethics. The existing framework of corporate governance in hospitals would be supplemented by medical-ethical aspects of hospital physicians. An extended framework for organizational development, leadership and decision-making in hospital management would be established, and interprofessional cooperation between medical staff and administrative staff encouraged.
