Wirtschaft der Commons: Empirisches und historisch-utopisches Paradigma

Simon Sutterlütti

Z'GuG Zeitschrift für Gemeinwirtschaft und Gemeinwohl, 2022, vol. 45, issue 2, 313-330

Abstract: This essay reconstructs utopian science and thus explores commons. Utopian research was and is part of the social sciences and flourished in times of social crisis. It examines the social generalization of a new socio-economic form. For this purpose, commons must not only be thought of in terms of commodity theory as collectively used resources, but, as in social commons theory, as a form that means of production and consumption have also assumed and can assume. The essay connects commons with care and reciprocity, presents elements of a commons utopia and links empirical and utopian research.
