Eine marktwirtschaftliche Reform der obersten Kader-Entschädigungen (Boni)

Beat Kappeler

Die Unternehmung - Swiss Journal of Business Research and Practice, 2021, vol. 75, issue 2, 266-270

Abstract: The boni paid to chief officers in firms attained dimensions which stir public interest and which underline the problem of “principal and agent” anew. Die beneficiaries and the deciders on those boni do not enter into a market exchange, but have their interests on the same side of the market, their compensations are interdependent. Moreover, they are hardly contestable by the “principals”. Therefore a market exchange must be simulated by two rounds of blind offers by the candidates to such posts.
