Abstract: This article aims to identify indicators and dimensions of municipal sustainability reporting, which are demanded by citizens as principal addressees of these reports. For this purpose, we used structural equation modeling in the form of a Partial-Least-Squares-Analysis (PLS). This paper provided (under the limitations of the research setting) evidence, that many sustainability indicators are not requested by the citizens and therefore do not need to be reported to match any demand of communal sustainability report’s principal addressees.colbreak
