Abstract:
The article considers some aspects of political, legal and socio-economic conditions under which the Russian Constitution was developed in 1993. The author analyzes the impact of policies, implemented by the Russian leaders, on the constitutional process in Russia. At the same time the study of the problem is limited to the specifi c historical period from June 1990 to December 1992.
