Abstract: The article is devoted to stimulating activity of human resources in the legal field. The author defines the nature of human behaviour and types of behavioral responses; shows the influence that law consciousness and legal norms make on the variety of social roles; substantiates the suggestions on using some behavioral patterns while legislating and executing the laws.
