Public administration issues, 2013, issue 1, 64-78

Abstract: The article deals with the definition, systematization and classification of organized township low-rise construction. At the present time a complex of economic, social and legal issues specific for organized township low-rise construction has not been adequately researched. The author shows some specific risks of the organized township low-rise construction. Management structures of townships have been analyzed on the basis of systematization and classification. A comparative analysis of territorial public self-government with the organizational structure of organizing township low-rise construction has been done by the author. Some recommendations for the development of territorial public self-government are proposed.
