Problems of efficiency of public law regulation of public-private partnership in the regions of the Russian Federation

Abstract: The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of public law regulation of publicprivate partnership in the regions of the Russian Federation. The author's hypothesis of pretentiousness of separate laws of PPP, absence of their system interrelation with investment law, budgetary law and the legislation on strategic planning in regions is proved. The assessment of level of information openness of PPP in regions of Russia is carried out, the corresponding index is offered. Legislation suggestions for improvement, the introduction of assessment of its regulating influence, and also social and economic assessment of the PPP projects in regions are proved.
