Alexander Radygin

Voprosy Ekonomiki, 2002, vol. 1

Abstract: The paper deals with analysis of economic and legal prerequisites for formation of the national model of corporate governance in Russia. The author considers problems of division of ownership and management, sources of corporate financing, concentration of joint stock capital, impact of legal factors, etc. Identification of key specifics and contradictions of the current stage of emergence of the national model allows more accurate formulation of short- and medium-term applied tasks of regulation in this area.
