On the free investments Zone of the Eurasian Economic union

Abstract: The article deals with the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in terms of its impact on deepening investment cooperation of the participating countries. Mutual investments of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia are estimated, the existing problems in this area are identified. The necessity to conclude the preferential investment agreement within future EAEU and create free investment zone that will give an impulse to all the system of economic interaction of the participating countries and also will open new opportunities for development of their cooperation with the third countries is shown.
