Abstract: The following article identifies the peculiarities of investments in the rural social domain. Furthermore, it was settled that public financing of social objects construction in rural areas is limited and decreases annually, Regarding this subject, in order to encourage investments in the rural social domain, it is proposed to increase the rights and responsibilities of the local and government authorities. It is required for the government to allow the right to decide the priority domains of development for the constructions of objects in the social field of the rural areas, the allocations of financial means for the development of such projects, examination of their use and quality on the work execution. The main investment sources in the development of the social environment construction of the rural areas are determined based on the present research.
