Abstract:
The article examines the relationship between human resources and the operation of domestic consumer market. It has been marked out that along with the factors of the development of high technology the role of human capital development is also growing. It has been substantiated that the consumer market has an undeniable positive impact on improving the quality of human capital, which in turn causes accelerated socioeconomic development.
