Abstract:
The necessity for shaping the provisions of outsourcing logistics functions of industrial enterprises was justified. Delegating some business functions through the use of external sources was found to be an effective tool of market transformation. The theoretical principles of outsourcing logistics functions of industrial enterprises were formulated which is the basis for restructuring of senior management thinking and formation of a strategy aimed at creating an effective structure of mutually beneficial relationships with partner companies. Theoretical principles of effective outsourcing of logistics functions were proposed to justify the operation and complex interaction of elements of logistics management with their focusing on problem-solving of a particular company.
