A Research Note on the Capitalization of Mortgage Revenue Bond Benefits

Kirk McClure

National Tax Journal, 1989, vol. 42, issue 1, 85-88

Abstract: Indicates that the procedure for dispensing the Mortgage Revenue Board (MRB) funds foster some of the capitalization process. Outlines procedures that when enforced, the extent of the capitalization of the benefits by sellers can be reduced to a negligible amount and the benefits of MRB financing are delivered to the intended population.
