Corporate Debt: What Are the Issues and What Are the Choices

Abstract: Explains that many observers feel that a growing corporate debt burden threatens the foundation of our economy with the reason being a tax system that favors debt over equity and a growth in leveraged buyouts that has developed to capitalize on this tax system.
