Beyond Paralysis in Health Policy: A Proposal to Focus on Children
C. Eugene Steuerle
National Tax Journal, 1992, vol. 45, issue 3, 357-68
Abstract:
Summarizes the problems that are associated with most of the existing proposals for health care reform. Suggests ways to avoid the problems while stating that both liberals and conservatives can unite to deal with health care problems without abandoning their principles and concerns that limit their ability to support alternative plans offered by the other side.
