This Tax's for You: The Case for Higher Beer Taxes

Abstract: Reviews evidence that prices of alcohol affect usage and social costs of alcohol, with a focus on beer consumption by young people. New estimates confirm other studies that link availability to consumption, traffic fatalities, crime, and dropout rates.
