Abstract: The structure of the article will be as follows: in the first part we will present a summary of the book and analyze some of the concepts presented here, fundamentals, in our opinion, for the understanding the phenomena of production, reproduction and capital distribution, and in the second part we will present the main reactions, both positive and negative, to the book. The article will end with a section of the author's conclusions.
