Abstract:
- The interconnection cooperation is important way to improve the relationship and deepening the field of China and CEECs under the “17+1 cooperation” framework. After the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed, the connectivity cooperation of China and CEECs could be included in the five cooperation priorities of B&R. There have been some cooperation fruits of China and CEECs on the connectivity. However, the connectivity cooperation between China and CEECs meets some barriers and challenges, such as less policy coordination, financial problem, trade barrier and insufficient people to people bond. Focusing on the problems above, some recommendations were introduced in the end of paper.
