Abstract: The current article focuses on issues related to the legal nature of domain names in the context of the Bulgarian common theory of law and in particular the theory concerning the subjective rights. It draws an analogy with the regulatory regime of trademarks and offers some suggestions about legislative initiatives in connection with the use of the national domain.bg
