Abstract: Corporate culture is a construct of substantial importance to enhancing the competitiveness of the modern business organization. Corporate culture supports the adaptation of the organization to the dynamic business environment requirements that in turn impose the implementation of changes in corporate strategy and organizational structure. To be sustainable, a modern business organization should adopt the idea of change and embody the plans and policies for development. On the example of two companies - large and small - realizing business activities in Bulgaria - offers a vision for change management of corporate culture.
