Alternative Model of Social Security Pensions in Bulgaria

Abstract: The article examines the historical development of modern pension system in Bulgaria from its creation to the present day. Through analysis, consistent with modern techniques offered by the information society, a new model is proposed for determining the individual pension amount based on the simultaneous operation of deposited remittance income, PAYG and solidarity approach.
