Abstract: The article presents an overview of the wide variety of organizational and managerial approaches that can be employed for the realization of innovations. The author studies the innovation process as an uninterrupted cycle that begins with the original idea which, after a situational analysis, goes through planning, programming, specific actions for realization and making decisions for future actions. Taking the existing risks and the complexity of innovational decisions into account, specific approaches are offered that can be used for solving some typical classes of problems and goals.
