Self-regulation of Medical Competence in Relation to the Impact of Medical Expertise on Social and Health Insurance

Abstract: The autonomous physician’s decision is an essential element of the activities of the insurance funds. The approach for elimination of its negative impact on labour market, social and health insurance should include the effective reconciliation of institutional and specialized control over medical expertise, physician self-regulation and the establishment of conditions for professional development and higher income of physician expert.
