Abstract:
The paper examines the relation between the labor-law and administrative-law aspects of the procedures for habilitation of the academic staff in the country. The focus is on the analysis of the special normative regulation, settled in the Development of the Academic Staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act and the Higher education act. On the basis of the complex analysis, problems in the law are marked and the necessity for its actualization is motivated.
