Abstract: In this paper, we will try to trace the path of artificial intelligence from its emergence to its latest manifestations. We will look at the most significant literary sources related to the science of artificial intelligence. We will try to outline the main stages by which the modern state of artificial intelligence has been reached. Also, in addition to purely informational, we will touch on some philosophical questions, since the development of artificial intelligence is related to philosophy. In the paper, we will focus on some key theories and experiments for the development of artificial intelligence.
