Abstract: The current work sets as an aim to analyze in short form the features that are embodied in the Japanese digital economy. It is well-known that it is not only the future of economic development, but it further clears its way to contemporary growth. As a country, which is dubbed as a technological powerhouse, Japan is an interesting case study in the sense of how much it has digitalized its own economy and what can be learned from this case.
